Shipment times and carriers:
The unframed 11”x14” prints are carefully made, signed by the artist, and shipped directly from the studio in a protective sleeve with sturdy chipboard, packed in a flat rigid mailer. Ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders require additional lead time, as noted in the individual product listing.
Most orders ship via UPS’s carbon neutral shipping program, which contributes to projects like the Garcia River Forest in the United States, Fujian Landfill Gas in China, La Pradera Landfill Gas in Colombia, and Cholburi Wastewater Biogas-to-Energy in Thailand. For some smaller items, we also ship via USPS.
Our 16”x20,” 22”x28,” and all framed prints, are digitally signed and ship directly from our fine art printing partner via UPS within 5 business days.

Due to the fragile and unique nature of our prints and originals (which are made, quality-checked, and packed with great care), they are final sale and non-returnable. All custom merchandise is also final sale and non-returnable. However, we are happy to answer any questions you may have before purchase, as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
On the rare occasion, items can get damaged in the mail, and the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with defective goods. Please email us immediately at info@sirinthada.com if that is the case, and we will take care of it.
At the end of each year, 10% of all profits from my online Shop go to the Sierra Club, to help fight for clean air, safe water, land protection, and a vibrant natural world. Other organizations your purchases help support include: the National Park Foundation, the American Littoral Society, and the Audubon Society. Nature is my main source of inspiration after all, so giving back to support a sustainable, green life and help protect our environment is the only sensible thing to do.
My studio has been powered by 100% renewable energy since 2015. The giclée prints are made on demand to avoid waste. I use a professional-grade, pigment-based printer, and 300 gsm, 100% cotton, acid-free archival paper, to ensure water resistance, durability and longevity. I take great care in making my fine art reproductions and stationery, and want to ensure that the art looks bright, fresh and new for generations to come.
All of my business cards are printed on paper that is 100% recycled from cotton tees, the envelopes that come with my stationery are also made from recycled content, as are the mailers in which I package my prints. I also ship most orders via UPS’s carbon neutral shipping program.
Simply put, I am mindful to do my best in offering art and designs of the highest archival quality, while employing practices that respect and protect our natural world. It’s a work in progress, and most certainly not perfect! But I am committed to continually seeking ways to make things better, and truly appreciate you joining with me on this journey.
