SHIPPING 

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders!

The unframed 8”x10” and 11”x14” prints are carefully made, signed, and shipped directly from the studio by the artist, in a protective sleeve with sturdy cardboard, and packed in a flat rigid mailer. Ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders require additional lead time, as noted in the individual product listing.

We participate in UPS’s carbon neutral shipping program, which contributes to projects like the Garcia River Forest in the United States, Fujian Landfill Gas in China, La Pradera Landfill Gas in Colombia, and Cholburi Wastewater Biogas-to-Energy in Thailand.

Our 16”x20” and 22”x28” prints, and all framed prints, are digitally signed and ship directly from our fine art printing partner. Ready to ship within 10 business days (often much sooner).

Please note that at this time, framed prints can be shipped only within the U.S.

Customs and import taxes:

For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply.

Shipment issues:

In the rare event your order never arrived, be sure to let us know.

First, please check your shipping confirmation and verify you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will do our best to reroute the package. In the event it cannot be rerouted, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will be at your additional cost.

If the shipping address was correct, please email info@sirinthada.com with your order number, and we'll see what can be done.

Occasionally, items can also get damaged in the mail, and the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with damaged goods. Please email us immediately at info@sirinthada.com if your goods arrive damaged or defective, and we will take care of it.


RETURNS

Due to the fragile and unique nature of our prints and originals (which are made, quality-checked, and packed with great care), they are final sale and non-returnable. All custom merchandise is also final sale and non-returnable. However, we are happy to answer any questions you may have before purchase, as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

For all other merchandise, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Simply email us first at info@sirinthada.com, and then ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Your items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging. We will not be responsible for any returned items that go missing or arrive to us damaged, and therefore strongly suggest you pack all items carefully and ship with a trackable service. Return postage fees are also your responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you. If a refund is approved, a credit will be generated immediately to your original method of payment, but it may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
